As a key member of our diverse external field sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of circa 60 key accounts, delivering quarter-by-quarter sales and margin growth, and identifying opportunities to expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Margin Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and margin growth in line with agreed targets for your assigned group of key accounts.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify key account opportunities and formulate plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from the right product and services mix.
- Commercial Acumen: Utilize your business analysis and planning skills to drive all commercial elements of your owned accounts, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and quote management.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal sales agents and cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and support to your assigned account base.
- Proven Track Record: Previous experience in Key Account Management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Skilled negotiator with strong commercial acumen, numeracy, and analytical experience to interpret financial and sales data.
- Driving License: Clean driving license to facilitate travel to customer sites.
