  • Hardware Management: Facilitate hardware repairs and vendor coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the installation, relocation, addition, and modification of IT assets.
  • VIP Support: Deliver specialized IT assistance to VIPs, ensuring comfort with technology.
