Location: Central Bedfordshire College, Dunstable

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Examinations and Achievement Administrator to become a vital part of The Bedford College Group at our Central Bedfordshire College in Dunstable.
As a Senior Examinations and Achievement Administrator, you will significantly contribute to our students' success by:
- Safeguarding the integrity of the examination process
- Delivering comprehensive exams administration services for students and staff in designated centers
- Collaborating with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager to conduct all examinations across various regional sites
- Timely dispatching of results and certificates while accurately recording achievements
- Performing general office responsibilities
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grades A*-C or equivalent
- A Level 3 qualification or higher
- Experience handling confidential documents and information
- Significant administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and document creation with Microsoft Word
- A solid understanding of and ability to adhere to established regulations
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage workload effectively
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings and evenings as needed
- Capability to securely transport examination papers and scripts.
- Access to personal transportation.
