About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lecturer to join our Foundation Learning department at The Bedford College Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

• Preparing, delivering, and assessing subject specialisms on a range of courses and levels.
• Supporting and guiding students to achieve success and realise their potential.
• Managing students' learning and providing a high-quality learning experience.
• Contributing proactively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
• Participating in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.

About You:

• Certificate in Education qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience working in the relevant industry.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Experience teaching in a Further Education environment.
• Experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and work effectively to deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently face to face, on the telephone, and in writing.
