Information and Access Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Information and Access Officer to join our team in Huddersfield town centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume contacts, both telephone and electronic, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a high volume of contacts, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
