Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
