Contracts Manager - Landscaping

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our client's team in the landscaping industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered to the required standard.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • CSCS Card (Black) and SMSTS Certification.
