Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the Immunohistochemistry (IHC) section, which is responsible for producing a significant volume of IHC slides annually. The section utilizes advanced automation technologies and maintains a comprehensive range of antibodies, including those for companion diagnostics.

Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in IHC, with essential experience in routine quality control processes. Familiarity with evaluating diagnostic markers, particularly for breast and lung specimens, is highly advantageous. You will also play a crucial role in managing staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the IHC section.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a laboratory environment.
