Job Title: Band 5-6 Biomedical Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biomedical Scientist to join our team at Synnovis Analytics. As a Biomedical Scientist, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new diagnostic assays and technologies.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in biomedical sciences and experience in laboratory research and development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating new diagnostic assays, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and validate new diagnostic assays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes
  • Conduct laboratory research and development to support the development of new diagnostic assays
  • Develop and maintain laboratory protocols and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or equivalent
  • Registration with Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Experience in laboratory research and development
  • Strong background in biomedical sciences
