Job Title: Retail Health, Safety Security Manager

Protecting company assets (staff, cash, and property) is a top priority. As a Retail Health, Safety Security Manager, you will need to be dedicated, undertake H&S audits, training, and development, respond to emergency situations, and attend robberies and other serious incidents at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain cash loss targets
  • Conduct security audits, compile risk lists, and consult with area teams
  • Investigate exceptions, recommend changes to procedures, and ensure security equipment is working
  • Provide police with CCTV/document evidence and attend court as a witness when requested
  • React to and investigate daily reports, ensure banking procedures are followed, and complete risk assessments
  • Conduct health and safety audits, provide guidance to area teams, and engage H&S assistants
  • Proactively lead health and safety engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the betting and gaming industry
  • NEBOSH certificate in General Occupational Health and Safety desirable
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change, maintain discretion, and react to incidents
