Retail Health and Safety Security Manager

At Betfred Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Health, Safety and Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for protecting our assets, ensuring a safe working environment, and maintaining the highest standards of security.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Provide guidance and support to area teams on health and safety matters, including training and development programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement health and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and emergency services.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the betting and gaming industry.
- NEBOSH certificate in General Occupational Health and Safety desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
