Your Responsibilities

You will take pride in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests:

  • Safeguarding the company’s assets from loss or damage while providing a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Overseeing fire, life, health, safety, and security protocols in accordance with established company standards, including evaluating protective and preventive measures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Documenting all pertinent incidents in the Occurrence Book, conducting regular inspections of the premises, noting hazards, and communicating findings for compliance with risk assessment strategies.
  • Ensuring the professional operation of CCTV and other security systems at all times, relaying critical information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhering to safe working practices as outlined in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the company’s health and safety manual.
  • Conducting random audits across departments to ensure compliance with key control policies and lost and found procedures.

What You Bring

  • Relevant experience in safety and security services; a background in law enforcement or emergency services is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid security background, preferably from law enforcement, military, or high-end hospitality environments, though exceptional candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
  • Must hold an SIA license, be First Aid certified, and possess knowledge of fire safety and health regulations.
