Child Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for a student with Special Educational Needs.
About the Role:
- Work one-to-one with a student with SEN, providing support and guidance to help them access the curriculum.
- Develop a strong relationship with the student, their family, and the school team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to identify and implement strategies to support the student's learning needs.
- Provide feedback to the senior leadership team, psychiatric team, and social services on the student's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Hold a Psychology degree (or equivalent).
- Be confident working one-to-one with a student or in a small group setting.
- Have a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Be able to work effectively with children with a range of needs and abilities.
- Have a degree-qualified or childcare-based experience.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
