Join Our Esteemed Team - Estimating Manager
We are looking for a skilled Estimating Manager to become a vital part of our pre-construction division at Briggs and Forrester Group. In this role, you will take charge of managing prime cost production, crafting effective strategies for tender submissions, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch bid proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee prime cost production for tenders, including exploring value engineering alternatives
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing bid success rates
- Prepare and refine tender submission documents along with presentation materials
- Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure collaboration
Required Qualifications
Experience and Credentials:
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical services estimating
- HND level qualification in Building Services or an equivalent qualification
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in estimation software and the Microsoft Office Suite
