Mechanical Estimator

Job Overview
The Mechanical Estimator will play a key role in the delivery of the business vision, goals, and strategy. This involves leading a professional approach to all aspects of tender delivery, ensuring accurate prime cost production, and implementing effective win strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate prime cost production on all tenders, ensuring a competitive and accurate prime cost is achieved for all elements, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Builderswork. They will also undertake estimating tasks, including preparing budgets, issuing and evaluating supply chain quotations, and implementing strategies for supply chain engagement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in building services estimating and be qualified to HND level in Building Services or equivalent. They will possess excellent communication skills, planning, and organisation, and be proficient in Estimation, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Asta PowerProject.
