Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Telephone Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls from drivers, clients, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Driver Queries: Resolve driver queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compiling Information: Gather and compile information from shift teams, including driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.
  • Filing Compliance Documents: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance documents, including licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Other Accountabilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant information.
  • Transport Control Activities: Assist in the coordination of transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and other related activities.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drivers, clients, and other stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respect for Road Traffic Laws: Ensure compliance with all relevant road traffic laws and regulations, including those related to public, domestic, and international traffic of goods.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documents for legal circulation on public roads, including licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • License and Permit Management: Obtain and manage all necessary licenses and permits for transport operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to supervisors and managers, including transport statistics, driver hours, and other relevant information.
  • Internal Department Support: Provide support to internal departments, including answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Good Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Smart and Professional Appearance: Maintain a smart and professional appearance, representing Staffline Driving in a positive and professional manner.
