About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging your team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
  • Lead and motivate the care team to achieve outstanding results
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in a care setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
