Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
