About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at HCL Waste Management as a Yard Labourer. As a key member of our Process Centre team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our waste recycling centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of the yard and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in waste management and recycling processes.
- Contribute to the loading and unloading of waste materials, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the team leader.
Requirements:
- Driving licence (desirable)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
