Hydro Cleansing Ltd, a leading provider of environmental services in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Waste Water Plant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the waste water plant, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of yard personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including HSE requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on plant operations, including any issues or concerns.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving license
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in waste water treatment and management
