Job Summary:

The Waste Water Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the waste water plant and all personnel, ensuring effective and efficient utilization of all personnel and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the waste water plant and all personnel.
  • Ensure personnel adhere to HCL policies on timekeeping, sickness reporting, and other relevant procedures.
  • Undertake light maintenance of machinery and report defects to the Operations Director in a timely manner.
  • Ensure personnel and visitors comply with HSE requirements.
  • Provide and maintain full written weekly reports as required under current legislation.
  • Liaise with HR on disciplinary, performance, or recruitment issues.

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to sit WAMITAB professional qualification
