About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at HCL Waste Management as a Yard Labourer. As a key member of our Process Centre team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our waste recycling centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the yard and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in waste management and recycling processes.
  • Contribute to the loading and unloading of materials, and assist in the operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, and report any incidents or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Positive work attitude
  • Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
