Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of electrical and instrumentation designs, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across engineering departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure electrical and instrumentation systems are installed and functioning correctly.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, installation instructions, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD and PLC programming.
