Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electrical and instrumentation designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD and PLC programming.
