Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to a young person, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive. You will work closely with the young person to create a personalized support plan, tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to the young person
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging and supporting the young person to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the young person's needs are met

We are looking for someone who is passionate about youth development and has experience working with children and teenagers. You will need to be flexible and able to work on a shift/rota basis, including sleeping in. A manual UK driving license is also required, as you will need to travel to other sites/residences.
