About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our Social Care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to young people, fostering their development into adulthood with routine, boundaries, and consistency.
  • Engage in activities such as horse riding, painting, driving, shopping, or virtual schooling with assigned young people.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of eight, ensuring flexibility and accommodating everyone's needs.
Requirements
  • Passion and dedication to youth development are essential.
  • Previous experience working with children or teenagers is required.
  • A manual UK driving license is necessary, with the ability to travel to other sites or residences.
  • Flexibility to work on day/night rotas, including sleeping in.
