Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to our clients, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive. You will work closely with our team to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment, where our clients feel safe and supported.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and teenagers, and will be able to demonstrate a passion for youth development. You will also need to be flexible and able to work on a shift/rota basis, including sleeping in.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children and teenagers
  • Passion for youth development and a commitment to making a positive impact
  • Flexibility to work on a shift/rota basis, including sleeping in
  • Manual UK driving license (ability to travel to other sites/residences)
