Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and care to a young person, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive. You will work closely with the young person to create a personalized support plan, and will be involved in a range of activities, including education, leisure, and personal development.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and teenagers, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible and able to work on a shift/rota basis, including sleeping in. A manual UK driving license is also essential, as you will be required to travel to other sites/residences.
