Our client, a well-regarded pub and restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to enhance their culinary team. This role involves supporting the Head Chef in delivering dishes that meet AA rosette standards. You will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of meals for both the restaurant and bar menus, ensuring high-quality food is served consistently.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive Salary up to £37,000 plus tips

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations

  • Maintain a structured work schedule with four consecutive shifts followed by three days off
