About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Hydes Brewery. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food standards and supporting the Head Chef in leading and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain health and safety processes and achieve a 5-star rating
- Support the Head Chef in managing stock and labour costs
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and daily specials
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will have a proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving excellent results.
