We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Hydes Brewery. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and standards, working closely with our Head Chef to lead and mentor your team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support the Head Chef in leading and mentoring the kitchen team
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a 5-star rating
