We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Coordinator to become a vital member of our New Product Introduction team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming market needs into feasible products.

This position presents a stimulating yet fulfilling challenge, where you will oversee the planning and management of our future product developments.

Key Responsibilities

In this essential role, you will be accountable for every phase of the product lifecycle as outlined by the Development Gate Process.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Initial discussions regarding market requirements
  • Assessment of technological alternatives in collaboration with the R&D team
  • Product specification and design
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative standards
  • Facilitating the transition to manufacturing alongside other departmental leaders

Your goal will be to deliver a product that meets the Market Requirement Specification (MRS) criteria on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in product or equipment design, preferably in a sophisticated manufacturing context, along with a solid background in project management.

Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from conceptual design to customer acceptance is essential. Familiarity with magnetics, cryogenic systems, and resource management would be advantageous.

Your ability to identify and mitigate project risks is crucial, as is your diligence in planning and executing projects. A genuine enthusiasm for technology, an understanding of intricate scientific instruments, and a resilient character will significantly contribute to your success in this role.

A relevant engineering degree and a project management certification are highly desirable.
