As a Lead Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in transforming market needs into innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

In this significant position, you will oversee every phase of the product lifecycle as outlined by our Development Gate Process.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engaging in initial discussions regarding market demands.
  • Collaborating with the R&D team to assess technological alternatives.
  • Defining product specifications and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitating the transition to manufacturing alongside departmental leaders.

Your goal will be to deliver a product that meets the Market Requirement Specification (MRS) on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience in product or equipment design, preferably in a sophisticated manufacturing setting, along with a solid background in project management.

Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from initial concept to customer acceptance is essential.

Familiarity with magnetics, cryogenic systems, and resource management will be advantageous.

Your capability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies is vital, as is your diligence in project planning and administration.

A genuine enthusiasm for technology, a strong grasp of complex scientific instruments, and a resilient attitude will greatly enhance your success in this role.

A relevant engineering degree and a project management certification are also preferred.
