Physiotherapist - Adult Neurology Rehab Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a Specialist Physiotherapist for Adult Neurology Rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with adult neurology rehabilitation needs, including those with stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in adult neurology rehabilitation, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
