We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board's Mental Health and Learning Disability Delivery Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a seven-day service, including weekend, nights, and bank holidays
- Support adults with Learning Disabilities who present with behaviours that can challenge
- Provide a high-quality, person-centred approach based on the Positive Behaviour Support model of care
- Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment
Requirements:
- Registration with the NMC
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude to working with people with challenging behaviour
