Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment that meets the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences and ensure the well-being of children
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements, setting individualized goals and celebrating milestones
  • Work closely with parents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, acknowledging diversity and promoting inclusivity
Requirements
  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum
  • Alignment with Kido's core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or educational setting
  • Right to work in the UK
