Dietitian Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our team at the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical dietetic services to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the work of the Healthy Living Team in providing, maintaining, and developing a clinical dietetic service within the Leeds Care Group of LYPFT.
- Plan, justify, and be responsible for the delivery of specialized dietary advice to service users and their families/carers.
- Plan, manage, and prioritize your clinical workload to ensure maximum efficiency in all areas.
- Coordinate and deliver nutrition/dietetic training for professional and support staff.
- Work in liaison with dietetic, medical, nursing, allied health professional, clerical, and other relevant staff.
- Participate in dietetic student training.
- Ensure safe practice at all times through the recognition and appreciation of clinical governance.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate clinical records and statistical information as required, in accordance with professional standards.
