The company is experiencing rapid growth, having recently secured significant funding. Over the past four years, we have expanded from two co-founders to a robust team of over 115 professionals, with a diverse workforce representing more than 15 nationalities and 14 languages.

Role Overview

The Senior Client Success Manager / Financial Analyst (French Speaking) position is vital, providing hands-on technical support to ensure customers are well-acquainted with our platform. This role involves guiding clients through their journey, ensuring they achieve their objectives with our Sesame platform. A strong background in investment products and technical skills is essential, as this position is consultative and central to our clients' success. Patience and dedication to delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele are key attributes for this role. Additionally, with the rapid pace of product development, staying informed about new features and effectively applying them during client onboarding and ongoing support is crucial. Understanding client use cases and needs for new technologies or features will also play a significant role in our product development communication process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, coordinating with the Implementations, Product, and Data Teams throughout various phases, and serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Possess a deep understanding of investment products and confidently discuss performance and analytics on our Sesame platform.
  • Identify platform issues, inconsistencies, or root causes preventing clients from optimizing their use of our platform, and communicate these to the relevant technical teams for prompt resolution.
  • Analyze client feedback and platform usage to identify potential needs for additional products or enhancements to improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a new and expanding team, with opportunities to impact and establish a customer satisfaction framework that sets high standards.
  • Engage proactively with clients, identifying and advocating for new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical analysis of financial products or consultative account management with a focus on financial products and technical analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
  • Experience in wealth/asset management or consulting for financial services-related businesses.
  • Demonstrated project management, retention, and cross-selling skills.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
