We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Client Success Manager to join our team at Intapp. As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our DealCloud solution by our clients in the Accounting & Consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption, ensure retention, and build client satisfaction.
- Consult and Support: Collaborate with clients to ensure they are capitalizing on available features in the solution and that the features are configured appropriately to their organizational model and needs.
- Drive Adoption: Apply change management methodologies and provide effective communication of new features in ongoing product releases to drive effective adoption of solutions.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Practice Group Leads and other internal resources to advise on trends in the marketplace and provide introductions to other organizational resources and specialists/experts where appropriate.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as a visible presence in the marketplace, demonstrating Intapp's industry expertise and thought leadership at conferences, events, and similar programs.
- Client Data Analysis: Interpret client usage data to develop benchmarks, predictive KPIs, and recommend modifications of system usage to clients as appropriate.
- Product Enhancement: Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the process of review with the Product organization, and coordinate responses to clients.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry Experience: Substantial experience in the professional services industry; knowledge of the accounting and/or consulting industries strongly preferred.
- Account Management: Experience in account management and/or program management; working with professional services clients is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM and/or deal management software; familiarity with DealCloud a distinct advantage.
- Client Service: Strong client service mentality.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful problem-solver driven by results.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
