Consequently, they are expanding their Account Management division and seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of essential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Account Management role - you will manage a multi-million-pound portfolio of key accounts upon onboarding.
- We are looking for an individual with a proactive 'hunter' mindset; while this position focuses on existing accounts, driving growth within these accounts will be a significant emphasis.
- Actively identify opportunities within current accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion initiatives, validated through regular customer assessments and prospecting, while also negotiating and closing deals.

Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or in a comparable role within a SaaS or financial services-oriented organization (2-3 years+).
- Strong grasp of Account Management best practices, upselling techniques, and sales methodologies.
- Proactive and self-motivated mentality - comfortable making calls.
- Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Results-focused with a proven history of achieving or surpassing upsell and cross-sell objectives.
