About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Service Associate to join our team at AlphaSights. As a Client Service Associate, you will be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting Experts: You will spend a significant part of your day speaking with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding Project and Market Context: You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
  • Taking Ownership: You will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.

Requirements
  • Strong Academic Credentials: You will need to have strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Noteworthy Extracurricular Achievement: You will need to have noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
  • Relevant Internship Experience: You will need to have relevant internship experience.
  • Language Skills: You will need to be fluent in English and Dutch or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
Benefits
  • Total First-Year Compensation: You can expect total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k (average to high performance) consisting of (i) annual base salary of £40,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
  • Pension Contribution: We offer a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
  • Health Insurance: We provide comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance.
  • Vacation Days: You will receive 25 vacation days in addition to bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Office Location: Our offices are located in central London; we offer subsidised lunch plus free breakfast, snacks and fruit throughout the day.
  • Flexible Working: You will have the option to work from home on Fridays.
