We are seeking a proficient Strategic Sourcing Consultant to support one of the leading financial institutions globally. This role involves managing RFP processes, conducting commercial evaluations, and negotiating supplier contracts while utilizing tools such as Fieldglass and Ariba for project management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. RFP Management:
  • Design and oversee RFP processes to procure goods and services.
  • Assess supplier submissions to ensure they meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect requirements for RFPs.
  1. Commercial Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of supplier proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced service offerings.
  • Communicate findings and suggestions to senior leadership.
  1. Supplier Negotiations:
  • Facilitate negotiations with suppliers to achieve advantageous agreements.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement standards.
  1. Contract Oversight:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate supplier agreements.
  • Monitor contract execution and compliance with established terms.
  • Manage renewals and modifications of contracts as needed.
  1. Tool Application:
  • Leverage Fieldglass for managing contingent workforce.
  • Utilize Ariba for sourcing, procurement, and contract oversight.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a comparable position.
  • Expertise in using Fieldglass and Ariba platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for detailed commercial evaluations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Proficient project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
