Assistant General Manager - Revolution Bars Group

Salary: £32,000 - £32, % OTE Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to play a key role in guiding our team. In this position, you will assist the General Manager and collaborate with various departments, including management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams, to ensure a delightful experience for both guests and staff. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships are crucial for success in this role, along with the capacity to inspire and motivate your team. If you have a background in managing busy hospitality venues and appreciate a vibrant work environment, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the General Manager in leading the team with ambition and integrity to enhance sales and fulfill our mission.
  • Overseeing stock management.
  • Managing payroll, including labor control.
  • Facilitating team training and promoting team development.
  • Creating incentives and recognition programs.
  • Proactively recruiting talent for your venue.
