In this role, you will support the General Manager and collaborate with various departments including management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to ensure a delightful experience for both staff and guests. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships are crucial, along with the capacity to inspire and motivate your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the General Manager in leading the team with drive and honesty to enhance sales and fulfill our mission.
- Overseeing stock management.
- Managing payroll, including labor control.
- Facilitating team training and promoting team growth.
- Creating incentives and recognition programs.
- Proactively recruiting talent for your venue.
