About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Slug & Lettuce Milton Keynes. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth
