Assistant General Manager - Revolution Bars Group

Salary: £32,000 - £32, % OTE Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to assist in steering the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and engage with the management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to ensure that both you and your team are relishing the experience as much as your patrons. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships are crucial, along with the capability to inspire and motivate your teams. If you possess experience in managing venues within a bustling hospitality setting and appreciate a lively work environment, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting your General Manager in guiding the team with ambition and integrity to enhance sales and fulfill our mission.
  • Overseeing Stock Management.
  • Managing Payroll, including labor oversight.
  • Facilitating team training and promoting team development.
  • Creating incentives and recognition programs.
  • Proactively recruiting talent for your venue.
