E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Merton Office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and provide insights for business improvement.
- Language: Fluency in French is essential for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an E-commerce Customer Service environment.
- Skills: High-level of multi-tasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Zendesk, Retail Pro, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
