Position Overview

The role of International Sales Team Performance Manager is pivotal in enhancing, supporting, and optimizing the effectiveness of the Sales Teams. This position focuses on driving revenue, improving margins, and ensuring accountability through precise performance targeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance daily Sales Team operations.
  • Formulate and assist in Sales planning to meet established KPIs, creating clear Sales Plans for each Business Development Manager involved in agent sales.
  • Individually and collaboratively expand existing key accounts while identifying and securing new accounts with potential for growth.
  • Establish and execute a structured account management system, ensuring appropriate focus on varying account tiers.
  • Lead the Direct Sales team, maximizing lead utilization.
  • Continuously refine the Direct Sales process, collaborating with IT and Marketing to enhance customer experiences through technology.
  • Contribute to the overarching Sales Strategy, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Act as a proactive liaison and mentor, facilitating structured feedback and learning from field sales to senior management and the Marketing team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the education, travel, or tourism industries.
  • A proven track record in Sales Team Management, emphasizing systematic Sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing team members, both in-office and in-field.
  • Experience in utilizing and enhancing CRM systems as a core discipline for Sales Management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience managing remote Sales team members effectively.
  • Confidence in crafting and delivering professional presentations and management reports to senior leadership.
