About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at The Talent Bridge. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing an established customer base within the North/North-West region by promoting apprenticeship training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to promote apprenticeship training solutions.
  • Work from home with field-based responsibilities, meeting clients and prospective clients both virtually and face-to-face across the region.
  • Utilize strong sales and business development skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, particularly in new sales/business development within a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to deliver a highly professional service and drive results through effective sales strategies.
  • Access to a car and willingness to travel within the North/North-West region for client meetings.
  • Experience in selling apprenticeships or similar training is advantageous but not essential.
