We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Global Strategy & Consumer Insights team at Penhaligon's. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the business understand our consumers by uncovering valuable insights from first-party data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Consumer Insights to develop a consumer-centric approach to decision-making, managing a pipeline of consumer-focused questions from key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improve the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with the BI Manager to design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide valuable insights into consumer behavior and segments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower business users with self-serviceable data from reports and dashboards.
  • Effectively communicate complex insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of consumer data, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact business decisions.
  • Support the BI Manager in maintaining our product and store tables, staying up-to-date with new launches and product developments.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to communicate advanced insights to a lay audience in a simple and clear way.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare, review, and analyze data.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • A curious mindset, with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
